By accessing empiricalpropertyops.com (“the Website”) or utilizing the independent exterior inspection, leaf blowing, gutter cleaning, and visual audit protocols provided by Empirical Property Operations LLC (“the Company,” “we,” “us,” or Our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. 2. Scope of Services
Empirical Property Operations LLC provides specialized commercial and residential exterior property maintenance, debris removal, and independent visual risk-mitigation audits for structures four stories and under. Our services consist strictly of visual assessments and preventative maintenance; they do not constitute engineering, structural, or legal certifications.
3. Vendor & Subcontractor Engagement
We operate as a centralized service provider and brokerage platform. We reserve the right to deploy independent, certified vendors and subcontractors to execute maintenance agreements. All dispatched field technicians are required to maintain strict adherence to Company property safety and operational protocols.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must ensure safe and lawful access to all specified property portfolios, multi-building complexes, and strip malls on the scheduled service dates. The Company is not responsible for operational delays resulting from restricted gate access, structural obstructions, or hazardous property conditions.
5. Limitation of Liability
Empirical Property Operations LLC implements rigorous visual evaluation protocols to minimize operational risk for property managers. However, the Company is not liable for latent structural defects, preexisting environmental damage, or independent property failures not directly caused by our specific maintenance actions.
6. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time to maintain corporate compliance with changing regulatory frameworks. Continued use of our digital platforms or service networks after an update constitutes full acceptance of the revised Terms of Service.
